The ITOG Board of Directors is charged with setting the organizations strategic path and ensuring resources to best meet the needs of the members and profession. Elections are held each year for open positions, ensuring the Board remains invigorated by new leadership and new ideas.

Call for nominations will open on Day, Month date  and will close on Day, Month date and time m ET U.S.

There will be four (4) Board of Director positions open for election this year and service will begin on June 1, 2020.

2020 Nomination and Election Time Frame

      • DateCall for nominations/application opens
      • Date - Peer Nominations due at 11:59 pm ET U.S.
      • Date - Candidate Application part 1 due at 11:59 pm ET U.S. 
      • Date - Applicants notified of status on slate
      • Date - Voting period
      • Date- Candidates notified of status
      • Date - Election results announced 

       

       

      Per the ITOG By-Laws,  All members shall be entitled to vote at a meeting of members  and shall elect the at-large members of the Board of Directors.   Upon the demand of any member entitled to vote, the vote on any matter at a meeting shall be by written ballot, but otherwise the method of voting and the manner in which votes are counted shall be discretionary with the presiding officer at the meeting.  


      Selection of Nominees: Nominations will be reviewed by the ITOG Executive Committee, with a slate of nominees presented for an election by the ITOG Membership.
