We rely on our members, collaborators, and partners to help us share timely, meaningful updates with the global thyroid oncology community. If you have news to share, we invite you to submit it for consideration on the ITOG website and in our communications.

You may complete the submission form or upload a draft document. All submissions are reviewed by our in-house scientific writer, who may edit or develop copy as needed. Final content is reviewed prior to publication.

Submission Guidelines

  • All submissions are reviewed and approved by the Website & Communications Committee Co-Chairs.
  • Submissions are subject to editing for clarity, accuracy, formatting, and length.
  • Submission does not guarantee publication. The editorial team reserves the right to determine whether the website and/or newsletter is the appropriate channel.
  • We accept a variety of formats, including blog entries, publication summaries, event announcements, feature stories, and news articles.
  • Files should be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or Rich Text Format (.rtf).
  • If content has been previously published elsewhere, please provide the original source. Our scientific editor may prepare a summary or synopsis for publication.
  • Authors must provide accurate references for all data and information included. Submissions that are not properly sourced will not be considered.
  • While there is no strict word limit, most articles are 600–1,200 words. Longer submissions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • All submissions will be acknowledged. Authors will be contacted if their piece is selected for publication or if revisions are required.
