ITOG GOVERNANCE

ITOG Bylaws

The Bylaws of the International Thyroid Oncology Group (ITOG) establish the governance framework that guides our work in fulfillment of our mission. They define the structure, responsibilities, and operating procedures of the Board of Directors and officers, ensuring that ITOG functions with integrity, accountability, and transparency.

As a nonprofit organization committed to advancing research and collaboration in rare and advanced thyroid cancers, ITOG maintains clear governance policies to support sound decision-making, fiduciary responsibility, and alignment with our mission.

Our Bylaws outline:

  • The composition and authority of the Board of Directors
  • Officer roles and responsibilities
  • Committee structure and oversight
  • Membership criteria and engagement
  • Conflict of interest and governance policies
  • Procedures for meetings, voting, and amendments

We are committed to maintaining strong organizational governance in service of our members, partners, and the patients we aim to support.
