Hosting an ITOG Annual Meeting

By serving as host, you and your institution can provide a valuable service to ITOG This proposal will provide the membership an opportunity to visit your institution, always an informative experience, and a location for ITOG Annual Meeting. Requirements for hosting the Annual Meeting:

  • Location for a three (3) day meeting (arrive on Wednesday – depart on Friday), generally held in the months of April or May.
  • Access to major air transportation service and ground transportation from airport to meeting place.
  • A selection of appropriate hotels in your area.
  • Guest rooms for approximately 125 people.
  • Meeting rooms with meal and break options for 80 – 100 large group and 3 – 5 smaller rooms for Board and committee meetings (1 day only).
  • Technical support prior and during conference (media equipment and support services.)
  • Recreational and/or entertainment options.

The ITOG Protocol Committee and Task Forces will the following assistance:

  • Program Development
  • Scientific Agenda and Guidelines·
  • Speaker selection

The ITOG Administrative team will provide the following services:

  • Pre-Meeting planning assistance
  • Online registration
  • In-person registration and on-site support
  • Grant Submissions
  • Post Meeting Survey
  • Reimbursement processing
